  S.L.O.W....I'm paying out of pocket so before getting a Rx called in here I get a quote over the phone, good with it, go thru drive thru to pick it up, sat in that line for 20min, get to the window & clerk says it's $5 more than what I was quoted...another clerk comes over & puts a discount in, great right!? No, she then tells me I need to circle around building, wait in line & come back to the drive thru window. I ask her to just charge me the extra $ so I can be on my way, she says that not possible bc she already messed w/ the order...I'm currently (been in park for 10min...totalling sit time going over half an hour) in the drive thru lane AGAIN waiting for my Rx...

  This CVS is GRAND CENTRAL STATION. I have to give the pharmacy credit however- they staff properly & while they're usually all running around during peak hours: the pharmacy staff hustles! The beauty section has a GREAT selection as well. I would like to recommend that the pharmacy techs slightly lower their voices while speaking to patients who are picking up medications. I have witnessed a few HIPAA violations at this location. I plan to mention this to the pharmacist the next time I'm there.
