  Prestige? Wow, a big word for a company that hasn't done much to deserve that title since 2003. You go in with a game system in great condition, enough games that are valued close to $700, and additional equipment valued close to $300 to end up with less than 1/4 of it coming back to you. Oh, can't just let me have the cash for that without taking almost 1/2 off what I could have used in store credit because you want to keep the cash for the company (not going to the employees). Yeah steam made by Valve at least tries to make the worth of your dollars work for you. You actually know where you stand with them verses Game stop just sees you as a bank for the continuation of very bad knowledge of games and sub-par service. I give them another 3 years at best. Just another kick to the head at the gaming industry, I'm looking at you EA...

  Bought an Xbox one controller and a month later, it still works. Associate insured me they test their hardware very well. This location will be my new home for modern day video game shopping.
