  This morning I had a coupe guys from Hearth ad Patio come over to get y contractor grade gas fireplace working again. The flame used to be blue and wimpy and it was constantly shutting off. The repairmen we courteous and respectful and replace some parts on the fireplace. They worked quickly and cleanly and when they left, my flame looked like a real flame! Great job and thanks for making my fireplace look like a real fireplace again.

  Dido the last review. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Hearth & Patio Shoppe installed my Propane fireplace back in January of 2015. Because I bought it in December, I thought it understandable that I had to wait three weeks to get in installed. It ran great the rest of that winter and last winter. I left the pilot light on for ease of lighting and the upper part of the glass started to get cloudy so I thought, two years, let me call for service. I made my initial call the beginning of the week of 10/31 and as I remembered from my purchase experience, I got voicemail. I left a message: who I was, that I purchased from them, that I was going to be off on November 11, and was hoping to schedule a service call. Two days later, still no call back. So I called again on 11/3, to my surprise Larry answered and of course he was really busy but I was "going to be his next call back". So I explained again what was happening and that I wanted to see if I could get a service call on November 11 as I would be home all day. He said he usually scheduled his service calls for my area all on the same day, let him see what he could do. November 10, I hadn't heard back from anyone so I called, surprised again when someone answered. He identified himself a the guy that would be coming out to do the service. I told him about my request, he looked on the schedule for the next day and said he didn't see my name. He said Larry was with a customer but that he would give him the message. I was home all day on November 11, no one called, no one came. Today is November 17, I still haven't heard from them. This morning I called my propane supplier, they do maintenance, and while they told me that I would have to wait until mid-December, I have a date and time scheduled for the service call. Hearth & Patio Shoppe's website states at the bottom "We Service What We Sell". I don't think so! STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
