  They have great quality suites, but because they are one of the two places to rent suites for a wedding they are not the best. We had 7 groomsmen in our wedding and the only one that didn't get his suite on time was my soon-to-be husband.. WRONG person of the group to mess up. Luckily, they covered the cost of the suite for my now husband, but the stress of not having a suite for the groom the day before the wedding is why I gave them only 2 stars.

  High price, low quality service. I purchased $1,500 worth of clothing.After waiting several weeks for the clothes to be resized they lost the jacket I ordered and asked me to come back in to get my measurements again. When I asked for a refund at first they agreed then later gave me a hard time about it. If I'm going to get K-Mart service I don't expect to pay Waldorf Astoria prices.
