  If you must have a print order done, please consider the Forest Hill or Hull St Road Office Depot's. This center has progressively gone down hill! Tonight was the final straw. I walked in @4:32 & was immediately told that they were not taking anymore print orders (yet, the store closes @5). 3 customers ahead of me. I needed a simple 14 pg (kids school project) PDF printed. I was told to use my flash drive on Copiers IF I could get it to work. They did not have paper in the copiers and then somehow my PDF was showing as 7x10 instead of 8x11. Gabbi tried to help, putting me ahead of her current customer (which I did NOT ask for). Gabbi printed an obviously Landscape project in Portrait and then handed it to me as if she was done. I handed it back saying that I did not want to be put ahead of another customer, that I would wait, that should be landscape. She snickered with the other sales associates & obvious eye rolling. Next, David helped me, all the while ranting about the customer that came in & gave him a huge project that he was not happy about (who later walked in and said she wouldn't mind picking it up tomorrow). Then he printed my project landscape, but not centered. I asked how was I supposed to staple & hand this to teacher? He told me it was my fault, that I didn't say it had to be centered... it took a 3rd try. I stayed in the shop for 45 mins, didn't bother with my 2nd less necessary print job & rec'd lots of lip as I walked out the door from both associates. Both associates were extremely rude!. This store has steadily gone hill in my 15+ yrs as a customer. The only reason I visited this store was because it was on my way home. Please rethink your time... go visit another store!
