I called the phone # for the store and they told me to return it to them (at my cost!) and they would replace it or refund it. That was 3 weeks ago and 3 emails and 3 voicemails later. I guess I'm going to have to go through my credit card company for a refund. I would DEFINITELY go elsewhere...avoid all Sidney-Brooks companies, their customer service is HORRIBLE!
