I bought three pieces of furniture at the same time during the New year since I couldn’t get my set from one store at Christmas time I was force to go to the Midlothian location for what I wanted a living room set and it was supposed to be 12 months no interest. I thought wow this is nice. But I had to wait till February for the delivery, so I patience. The last piece arrive around 26 February. I was making my payments according only to notice that my warning letter that the finance period was approaching. I thought weird its only been 5 months so I went to the store and explained but the senior sales rep wasn't quick to dismiss me and said it was a problem with their finance company synchrony to talk with them. Well that was my nightmare began I talk with the finance company and they said it was the store so I went back to the store and told them they were wrong three pieces 12 months no interest and that we needed this fixed they said ok will fix it. Upon leaving the actual salesman who sold me the piece was very nasty came to the door and starting shouting so profanity at me and my wife as we left i found this strange since we did nothing wrong and this was a black man up in years and I was taught to respect my elders but this brother was acting angry. well its now going on four months nothing done three pieces furniture set with three different finance period; now who in their right mind would do that (well they did changed the one with the lowest value) but the one with the highest value now has over $300 finance charge which should not be there until January. All I can say is check the Better Business Bureau and you will be shocked; the store seems to have a culture of treating customers with respect or honesty. SEE FOR YOURSELF!!!
