  I cannot express what a great experience I had at Vera's. There was no pressure and I was very comfortable. They were able to help pick out exactly what I wanted and had everything there. No special orders needed. I needed the engagement ring in a hurry because I was going out of town. I picked out the stone and the setting and they were able to have it sized and put together in the SAME DAY. I didn't even think that was possible. That is what I call customer service!! Joyce and Bi BI (spelling??) were great to deal with and they were even more excited than I was about the ring. I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry.
