  I walked in two days ago so confused about what I was doing with the phone and an iPad and I really just didn't know which way was up and nobody else was helping me and I met a very nice young lady named Emily. Explain to Emily that my phone is broken and I had insurance but I couldn't figure out how to get that done and it wanted me to print something and I couldn't download what it wanted me to print it was awful anyway I I could not figure things out it was an awful experience the phone number I had was of no use and I was getting really frustrated my phone is broken it was just awful. But after a few minutes with Emily literally less than 20 everything was on the right path and I had to wait for the phone to be mailed to me which it was I brought it back 2 days later and now I'm using it to give you this review on Emily and the Go Wireless premium retailer on Hull Street in Richmond Virginia because Emily and the gentleman working with her or totally awesome awesome awesome awesome and now I'm a happy customer so I'll stay thank you very much for listening
